What our delivery includes
Not just dropped at the curb. We bring your furniture into the room you want it, attach legs and assemble on site, level it, take all the packaging away with us — and we will haul your old table away while we are there.
Most sellers charge extra for every one of those. A dedicated junk-removal trip runs $150–$250. We are already at your door, so haul-away is $75 flat for a table and its chairs, taken on the same trip. Larger or extra pieces quoted separately.
Where we deliver, and what it costs
Delivery is free to Rexburg, Madison County, Sugar City, St. Anthony and Idaho Falls. That includes bringing it in, assembly, leveling, and taking the packaging away.

Somewhere not on the list? Call us — we deliver throughout eastern Idaho, southwestern Montana, western Wyoming and northern Utah, and we will quote it.
Delivery is always shown as its own line on your invoice.
Scheduling
We will contact you when your furniture is finished to arrange a day and a time window, confirm it, and remind you the day before.
Before delivery day — please measure
Measure your doorways, hallways, stairwells and the room itself, and tell us if anything is tight. We build big tables. A 96" top does not go around every corner.
If your furniture cannot be brought into your home because of access, doorways, stairs or an elevator, the delivery is still chargeable and the furniture is not returnable. We would much rather talk about it beforehand — send us your measurements and we will tell you honestly whether it will fit.
Please have the space clear and any furniture you are replacing moved before we arrive.
Inspect your furniture before we leave — this matters
Please look your furniture over carefully while our crew is still there.
If anything is damaged, it must be noted in writing on the delivery paperwork before the crew leaves, and reported to us within 3 days, with photographs. If damage is not noted at the time of delivery, we may not be able to file a claim or cover the repair.
This is not us being difficult. Once the paperwork is signed clean, the piece is treated as delivered undamaged and there is nothing left to claim against. Two minutes of looking protects both of us.
If you are not there
If nobody is home at the scheduled window, or the space is not ready, we will reschedule — the delivery charge for your zone applies again to the second trip. Storage terms are on our Orders, Deposits & Cancellation page.
Picking up yourself
You are welcome to collect from the shop at 2692 S Yellowstone Hwy Suite 101, Rexburg. Bring blankets, straps and enough people. Once your furniture leaves our shop in your vehicle it is yours, and we cannot cover damage that happens in transit.
