What we cover
For one year from the date of delivery, to the original purchaser, we warrant your furniture against cracking, splitting and warping.
If that happens within the first year, we will repair it, replace it, or refund what you paid for the affected piece, at our option. That is your exclusive remedy.
What we do not cover
- Anything after the first year. This is a one-year warranty. See below about extending it.
- Normal wear. Scratches, dents, dings and marks from everyday use. Your table will get scratched. That is what a table used by a family looks like.
- Seasonal wood movement. Solid hardwood expands and contracts with temperature and humidity. Small gaps and seasonal movement are normal, do not affect structural integrity, and are not defects.
- Natural variation. Grain, color, figure, mineral streaks and knots. See our Cosmetic Standard.
- Color change. All wood and finish change color with light and age. Walnut lightens, cherry darkens.
- Finish wear, water rings, and heat marks.
- Damage from misuse, accident, spills left standing, heat, standing water, harsh cleaners, dragging rather than lifting, or keeping furniture outdoors or in an unheated, damp, or very dry space.
- Furniture altered, refinished or repaired by anyone other than us.
- Commercial use. This warranty is for residential use.
- Furniture sold as-is, as a floor model, or as a second.
Extended coverage
Additional years of coverage are available for purchase at checkout. Ask us if you would like it added to an existing order.

Call (208) 360-6348 or email [email protected] with your name, when you bought it, and photographs of the problem. We will tell you what we can do.
