What the program is
Fox in the Sawdust sends two kinds of text messages, and you consent to each separately:
- Order and service messages — quote follow-ups, order updates, production photos, delivery scheduling, and answers to questions you have asked us.
- Marketing messages — promotions, new work, shop news and events.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on a form at foxinthesawdust.com, by giving us your number and agreeing to texts in person or on the phone, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is never required to get a quote, place an order, or do business with us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Order and service messages depend on where your project is. Marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more. You can also call (208) 360-6348 or email [email protected] and ask us to stop — we will honor that within 10 business days, and usually the same day.
Stopping texts does not cancel your order and does not affect our work for you. We will reach you by phone or email instead.

Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for any purpose.
